NextWave Youth Alliance was created with one mission in mind: to give young people the support, opportunities, and confidence to become leaders in their schools, communities, and future careers.

We believe youth voices matter. Every young person has the ability to create change, inspire others, and build something meaningful when they are given guidance, encouragement, and a chance to lead.

NextWave was built to be more than an organization it is a movement focused on empowering the next generation through leadership, service, teamwork, creativity, and community impact.
